THE COMPANY

The mission of NextGen is to commercialize the availability of intelligent low voltage technologies into residential and commercial new construction projects, along with retrofit applications. The management team of Rusty Webb, Michael Schools, and Mike McIntosh have identified several windows of opportunity for the application of new technology in these industries and together constitute the nucleus of the expertise required to take advantage of these opportunities. As early plans developed, a network of complementary expertise was identified and involved. NextGen now has at its disposal the critical mass of talents and individuals necessary for the efficient, speedy and professional application of these technologies in the low voltage field.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The NextGen management team is a key asset necessary to propel your project forward. Combined, the key employees have over 25 years of direct experience in the low voltage field, general management, finance, and operations including sales and marketing. The strength of our team stems from three major factors:

• Each team member commands substantial knowledge and skill. In addition to the theoretical knowledge and operational skills evidenced by years of successful business endeavors, each team member has a history of achievement in his or her previous work experience.
• The management team works well together. The management team was borne of friendship and mutual respect. A strong ethic of teamwork and integrity manifests itself in an open and cooperative work style. Not only do we enjoy what we do, friendships within our company are strong which stimulates an aggressive work environment.
• Each team member is committed to bringing your projects to fruition. With the launch of NextGen, we decided to move away from the status quo.
